Wazzz to my knowledge didn't play seasonal often and I think was gone before MTL. He had some big real time ladder wins against others on the list but yes the CL upset he lead was in my mind when I put him on the list.

This evening I'll take a look at MTL and try and create a community accepted top 20. A list that takes my experiences and bias out (to the best I can).

as far as I know Rufus and AI should definitely be 1st and 2nd. I havent been around for long, so cant really comment on the others, because I barely know most and haven't seen a lot of them play. I don't really underatdn why Wazz and Rento are in there though(sorry)
