This forum is so clean compared to how it used to be. There is almost no racism in sight and people are, I don't even want to say it, people are nice to each other. This is the off topic forum. This forum should be the cancer stew collection ditch for the whole website. Instead it is boring and stupid like the other forums.

You could try, but there's a high chance that you'll censor good stuff and allow bad stuff to slip through. Explanation: As a human, your knowledge and understanding are quite limited (as well as mine and everyone else's); and you'd be surprised how often our decisions are made by emotions, there's a good chance you'll ban something good because you hate it or let something bad through because you like it, and rationalize afterwards. As far as I know there isn't anyone who is both knowledgeable enough and unbiased enough to actually censor only and all bad stuff.
