The set of circumstances surrounding it were quite particular, and I can't outline here for fear of tipping the scales too much one way or another. This is finely poised..

The villagers were summoned to the manor house, and were informed that a judges enquiry has been called!

"After some severe thought", the ghost of the mayor started, "there has been an update that I must inform you about."

"Since Tactical Incursions vote was done in private, it does not count, and consequently, he has been removed from this village."

Tactical Incursion is DEAD. He was an ELDER!

However, he did, in his voting message, ask to use his silencing powers, and so a vote has been removed from the tally of G. Arun. Consequently, the lynch result remains, but Tactical Incursion's body has been added to the pile.


And with that, the village were, once again, dismissed.

As the village settled down for the night, the wolves went about the village with a steely determination, and found their target stalking the night with equal vigour. He fought a good battle, but, eventually, was overcome by sheer numbers, and succumbed to the injuries they inflicted.

CHANGE TO 'DRUNK' RULES:
From now on, the "wolf" roles have been removed from the spares. I have removed 5 roles; 1+ wolf/wolves, and 1+ villager(s). This means that no future drunk can switch side; if they are currently team village, they will remain on the village side. Wolves can still become drunk as normal. From now on, drunks can pick from 1-5.

I know I am dead, but this needs to be clarified. Can skunk potentially be a wolf, or did this rule go into effect before the stage where he was drunk?

Skunk was the first person to be bound by the new roles. So he cannot be a wolf, unless he was one originally, which is not impossible (he could have silenced people through a proxy).
