In my opinion, clan wars are for clan-based achievements and ladders are for personal achievements.

thats why i say to have this stat at the end of the season. But since Rt ladder is not active anymore and QM ranks player in a different way i would like to have a competition who ranks me in Rt game using the ranking system of the ladder

If you're interested in that, you can use the query game API that comes with your membership to get the results of Clan Wars games from Season 1. You will have to somewhat brute force it as the game ID feed API doesn't let you query game IDs for Clan Wars. I recommend manually finding the IDs of games created at the start of each time slot and checking +/-500 in each direction for CW games. Be sure to rate limit your queries a bit (1/second should be safe afaik) to avoid generating load on the site.

Once you have that, you can use the True Skill rating algorithm (which has an uncertainty parameter, converges better than Elo, and supports 2v2 results updating individual ratings) to generate player individual ratings and then convert it into a single rating parameter (True Skill recommends mu - 3*sigma but I suggest a simple Elo conversion based on expected win rate against an average/unrated player, or maybe a mix of players at various ratings).

I think anyone with a Membership can figure out Clan Wars MVPs themselves.

Don't do this. Stop trying to make CW real-time version of CL.
