Clan Wars Imbalance!! I really enjoy cw's, but with some clans having HUNDREDS of players to draw on while most clans are limited to 40 is downright insane. The only way to even remotely make it a fairer playing field is to either take all limits off clan membership or limit any one clan to max 25 participates. Otherwise Clan Wars is just a reward system for the biggest clan.

While in theory every clan could field 40 active players, in practice this doesnt work. If you have 230 members to pick from. finding 40 that are online daily is a lot easier than if you would have just 40 members in total.

It's not 40 daily. Once 40 different players played, no other player can participate. Having more than 40 members just mean there is a room to decide who plays and who does not.

Which helps a lot if you don't want to kick non-idle people from your clan who simply aren't interested in Clan Wars.
22 people from our clan participated in CW.

CW = reward system for biggest clan = incorrect.

I agree that big clans have an advantage of a larger player base to draw from to get better participation, but have you noticed the clan in 1st place this season, so far ahead that it's not likely they'll be pushed out of 1st? And it's the same clan that came in 1st last season?

Now check their roster... 44 members. So yea, >40, but far from huge.

Also ... regarding the specific clan 4tog comes from Hodopian Dynasty (https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=491), you're only @ 37 members, so you still have capacity for 3 more. That's 3 wasted opportunities ... find 3 more members who can commit to active CW participation.

Yes. Having more than 40 players to choose from helps get to the 40, but once you've got 40 players, it's purely up to the activity and skill of those 40 players

Just dropping in to say ... great job on CW, Fizzer. It's doing a great job of adding value to clans and inspiring clan activity.
