"I voted on him cuz he voted me so count me out" -- I'll endorse you if you vote for me. :D

"2. MoD lied he was a seer so he deseverd wat he got" -- This is a lying game. :p Besides, he was a villager. They're usually mostly harmless.

I don't like the attitude of our angel. :|

Why? :(

I'm just being blunt about it, no beating around the bush. Just in my nature.
I can't break legs and force anyone to do anything, but what I do bring on the table is common sense.
Something the last village lacked, you killed exactly 0 wolves last game can't really do worse than that.
And to further toot my own horn, I just won both RTW's so it would appear that I kind of have a clue or two.

You have to see it from my perspective, it's really frustrating to see the mindless pickering when all the villagers would have to do is to follow what I say and we'd win this.

Jeez I am now suspicious of everyone.

Phule 'go with the flow'
Pulsey - claiming seer for no reason
Arun just because
The quiet ones.
The ones who followed me on voting MoD.

I think solver is telling the truth.

So at the moment I'm thinking pulsey, but not sure because he's liable to mess with everyone and casus trouble even if he's only a villager.

between: i didn't really think after 2 votes that i would bevoted out. like that, i tought that the wolfes might kill me, but the real seer would be able to keep incognite and get no attention

"you killed exactly 0 wolves last game can't really do worse than that." -- Yeah. I probably couldn't.

... But on the other hand, even though Dom gave me the role of a villager, I was playing as the Fool (officially, it's called the traitor).

But since it was my first forum game, and well, there were only four roles, I thought "What the hell?", and played for the wolves. I succeeded in my goals.

Addendum (or tl;dr): It's really not fun playing if you don't have some variety.

EDIT: But Balls! I didn't even get to vote yet! I didn't touch the first round of voting because I didn't want to make the other players get upset because of my (and others) late arrival.

The first partly rational post by His Balls. I think he has finally come to his senses and realised in order to survive he has to try and appear like a villager. It is too late. I will get you seered, I will kill you.

Phule as I tried to explain in the last game you can't just decide to play the fool. Its ridiculous. Especially when you inform everyone including the moderator after the fact.

It might be a bit early to do this right now, but I think we should have a "high council" of sorts with a leader who has a good judge of charavter (and hopefully not a wolf) and the special villagers so we can figure out who everyone is more efficiently.

Dom, you shouldn't have made Silver the Angel, it's gone straight to his head.

Edit: A "High Council" just creates targets for the wolves. It also means that a wolf could potentially sway many more votes if they were on the council than if there was no leadership structure at all.

Not really, I'm always like that. :)

EDIT:
The second I saw I was the angel I was confident that we have this in the bag, I didn't expect it to be this hard to persuade everyone that I'm not BSing.

(I know I'm not in this game, so normally I wouldn't post here, but I just want to say one thing. Phule, I completely agree with his balls. I play Mafia on other forums, and in most if not all forums, it is an understood, if not outright stated, rule that you cannot play against the role you have been given. For example, if you are town, you cannot play for scum, and if you are scum, you cannot play as a traitor to scum and try to get town to win.

The reason for this is balance. Designing a Mafia game is all about trying to make sure the sides are evenly pitted against one another so each has a chance to win. It's supposed to be about how each team plays the game, not about one team getting an easy win because of a an unfair advantage.

In the case of Game 1, it was an open setup. Everyone knew the special roles there would be, and theoretically the game was in balance. Each side had a chance to win. But you introduced what my forum [in a loving way] calls [mod] bastardry. This is when the mod lies to the players in some way, or withholds information, or something along those lines, so the players are thrown off and something doesn't work as they are told it will in the initial setup. Except in this case, it wasn't the mod introducing the bastardry. When a mod does it, it is taken into account in terms of the balance -- the setup is tweaked so that bastardry doesn't tip the scales in favor of one side or the other. By doing it yourself, you threw off any sort of balance the mod had planned into the game, and potentially were the reason town lost so soundly.

I know you may pat yourself on the back for that, but in reality, it's kind of a jerk move, and makes the game a lot less enjoyable for others playing on both sides.

Anyway, sorry to hijack the thread here, especially to Dom, since it's his game [and apologies for the wall o text, it's just how I normally post]. Back to your regularly scheduled game.)

Hahahahaa...
Something made me laugh so hard. Too obvious wolves, too obvious. ;D

Oh how I wish I could trust someone with that information if for nothing else, then for the sheer comedic value of it.

EDIT: Fellow villagers, wolves made a really really desperate move just a second ago.
I won't mention names and I can't prove it either since the game got deleted BUT:
A fellow player claimed to be a fellow angel to me in the game chat.
And he wanted that I would not save myself really really badly I refused him more than once.
In return he promised to save me so I can save whoever I wish or deem necessary.

Basically, I have a wolf for us to slaughter (yes I'm ballsy enough to risk with you actually being a really stupid angel). All I need is the seers to confirm I'm an angel.

Just to confirm he's supporting me in telling phule the rules. Nothing to do with this game.

@Kalira: Don't villagers have an advantage in majority? And anyway, what Silver's doing now -- if he's our (self-protecting) angel, is his ideas of having leaders is technically tipping the balance in favor for the villagers.

And here's the point: It makes the game less fun. Searching for the wolves in a montonous fashion? There's little drama, and no fun to be found there.

Anywho, I'll stay quiet now.
