New record : most lynched in 1 day

The village was on a high! The had detected the wolf attack, and even saved a man from an attack during the night! Theories came forward as to who was a wolf, and things were beginning to go well for the village...

During the second day, the voting was far closer than the previous day. Where before, MysteryManBall had more than 50% of the votes, here it was much closer. Each vote counted for more!

The end of the voting stage came, and the votes were closely counted. A rumour quickly spread across the room that the voting was tied! There was to be a multi-lynch! :o

The first man up was Apollo. He had picked up two early votes, and had stayed at the top since! He met his fate silently, and swung from the gallows quickly.

Apollo is DEAD. He was a villager.

The next man up had received the last vote of the day, and was only just tied in for the lynch. He protested his innocence, but the crowd were having none of it! "Hang the wolf", they shouted, and they executioner was only too happy to oblige - the pesky wolves had eaten his teddy bear a few nights ago! But as the man hung, the crowd gasped as they quickly realised their mistake!

Ehrmantraut is DEAD. He was THE SEER!

There are no Seers left!



The room fell into silence. The Seer had the powers to see each person's true nature - he was the one man capable of spotting wolves! Their best weapon! And he was dead, at their hands! The sat down, utterly demoralised, and several minutes passed in silence.

Sneakily, Genghis moved towards the door in the lull. He turned the knob, opened the door and went to dash out of it, but was grabbed as he left! "This man needs to hang too", the crowd shouted. "We MUST find a wolf today"! And suddenly, the men assembled were full of spirits again - they were sure they had their first wolf!

Genghis was pushed to the front of the crowd, where the executioner again stood waiting. The executioner was to make no mistakes this time - the wolf was to hang quickly. But, again, as the man hung, the crowd realised they'd made a terrible, terrible mistake, as a bright light burst out of Genghis as he left this world!

Genghis is DEAD. He was THE ANGEL!

There are no Angels left!




And with that, the crowd ran for their lives! With no Seer to guide them, and now no angel to save them, was there any hope?


Wolves - your night kill as quick as possible please.

Darn. If it was the LotF, I would have been that dude who threw the boulder.

But anyway, I regret waiting until the last second.

EDIT: I suspect Dr. Stupid might have been a wolf...

Welp. I'm afraid that we have failed. I also have no idea where I came up with there being four wolves....We're now without our seer and our angel. Who knew that a tied vote resulted in a multilynching? I certainly didn't.

Since Phulesdorp has voiced suspicions of me, I will present my defense. It seems obvious to me that since I was attacked by the wolves on turn 1 (and miraculously saved by our recently deceased angel), that I cannot be a wolf. I am one of the few people that should be beyond suspicion at this point.

However, I obviously can be accused of being wrong and/or stupid in the matter of Ehrmantrout. That was my bad.

As far as where we go from here, I just don't know... I don't know the personalities in this game...

I guess going back to my original "voted for MysteryMan" list, less the two innocents that we killed:

These are still the people that loom largest as the most likely suspects. I will hold off on any voting because I would like to hear some discussion from others since we can't change our vote before the deadline. I didn't know that we couldn't change our vote. Did anyone else know that? If a vote could be changed before the deadline, we would only have killed Ehrmantrout and the others would have been spared.

@Dr Stupid: Cases of wolves killing each other aren't unheard of... :p
