Hey!

With an effort to make this show bigger and better than ever before, we've decided to offer an opportunity to the community, specifically to clans.

As you can read by the subject title above, we'd like to give clans the ability to advertise for free during the show in the form of commercials (made by them).

Here are the requirements:
- Explicit permission from the clan leader (send me a screenshot of a PM or have them message me that you're working on it)
- No longer than 90 seconds, but at least 20 seconds
- Must be in 1920x1080 and 60 FPS if doing video
- You must own the right to use any images, videos, or music used (I'll probably ask for sources for everything)
- Add some sort of verbal communication. For example, while the Lynx clan logo is on screen, maybe the Lynx clan leader is saying "If you're into diplomacy games, Lynx is the perfect clan for you. Contact John Doe if you're interested."
- We will not advertise any clans with hurtful names or imagery and the like

The due date is February 2nd, 2021. There will be no exceptions. You're welcome to send me a rough draft before that time frame to make sure it makes the cut or if there are any issues.

Can't you add an own award category for clan ads (even if it's just for fun and not part of the "real" awards)? That'd be great!

Just send me a DM or mail that you’re working on it (with permission from the clan leader) to start. But for the video itself, probably a Dropbox download link or something.

Just bumping this as a reminder that you have less than a week to submit. I’ve had some people reach out with some ideas. If you need assistance with anything, I may have time to help or add to your advertisement. But the due date is still Feb 2nd.
