How can you confirm this? Even back to back FCs give different amounts of money/armies/resources, so you can't do a with/without artifact equipped comparison.

For caches that would give 1 high level bar, it would say I earned 1.2.

Same with arenas.

Next question - what does it mean to receive "1.2" bars? What shows up in your inventory? Doesn't the 0.2 just get wasted?

So if it's a 10M money bonus, 0.4% provides an extra 0.04M money (40K) so you wouldn't even see this in the figures b/c they only seem to use 3 sigfigs.

The fractional bars were wasted, and Fizzer updated it to remove fractional bars.

However, this proves that it affects caches, so for things like ores, or other things in quantity, it will boost.

Giving extra stuff doesn't really work, it has a base value (i.e. 5 bars), and multiplies that by the sum of your multipliers. And it just rounds it either down or to the nearest integer.

If you start giving extra items/bars/ore it will have to give random stuff, that you most likely dont need.
Maybe it should compensate by paying the partial bar at the current sell price.

It is quite easy to check:
- Conquer a territory with an arena
- Look at the rewards for the arena
- Equip / unequip artifacts
- Check the rewards again. Your artifacts should be significant enough percentage-wise to change the amount displayed.

Since free cache powerups give all three rewards, money+armies+resources, same as arenas, I assumed that artifacts modifying arena rewards will also modify free cache rewards.

what's a free cache?

I've been asking about this one. even at high level it's bad compared to dedicated cache boosts at the poor level.

I think it's barely fine as a placeholder or something to use in battles but see no point unless it stacks or something with the regular money resource army cache boosts
