Territory money boost (poor) - 12.5%

This one is OP:

Conquer a territory you have three or more borders to at a 3% discount

I can confirm that the passive army boost artifact influences army income in challenge games.

Added and corrected a couple active artifacts.
Question: is anyone using active artifacts? For me, the cooldown penalty dwarfs any advantage the active artifact provides.

I only use passive artifacts, for the reason you mentioned above. Most player seem to be avoiding the active artifacts, cause they just suck.

Because they block one of the three artifact slots they suck. It'd be cool to have one special slot for active artifacts, but wasting 1 of 3 for that once-a-24h effect is not worthy!

Indeed, the cooldown is way too long for them to be useful, or the effect too minor for the cooldown

The only active artifact I use now is my Uncommon Inspire Mercenaries artifact. Getting ~100M armies every 24 hours is better than any third passive artifact I'd want to have in that slot while I'm idle.

I see you have gathered a lot of information already, but do you know the answers to the following questions?

1. How does the drafting work?
That’s all I found in a blog post:
"There are two components to calculating draft values: The first is a fixed amount that you get every draft. The second component chases a certain percentage of your income. This ensures that people who play infrequently still get value from the draft, without breaking the game entirely for the people who play frequently."
I have noticed that after a larger army cache or larger mercenary buying, the value of drafting increases over several rounds, to a declining extent.
But I don’t understand the logic of how it works. Do you understand?

2. How does the market raid work?

3. Why isn't there a wiki page about these?
It would be better to play it if we understand how the system works.
