After continuing to win these in daily bonuses, I must ask the question: what is the point of this bonus? Either I'm using them completely wrong or they're absolutely useless. They don't give you any AP or XP for completing the level, and besides that, I want to play the game! I want to explore the map, find the smelters, mines caches, get the dopamine rush. That's the fun of the game. If I wanted to skip, I would just skip the game entirely.

I would understand if the bonus did something like completing a level for you after you get all the caches, techs and whatnot (ie fast tracking the late game slag many people complain about) where you still get credit for your input in the level... that would make it a very valuable bonus but right now I see no way that "skip level" enhances the gameplay. Do you?

It's not futile, it's great. I'll come up with roughly inaccurate numbers - Keep in mind that time to complete these levels could be further reduced by use of other bonuses. Assuming you save 3 level skips to use once, do not use other bonuses and my guess on progression times are roughly correct:

Sengoku - 2 days to complete - 190 AP
Copper Creek Castle - 2.1 days to complete - 200 AP
Geopolotics - 2.3 days to complete - 203 AP

It took you 6.4 days to obtain 593 AP: Roughly 92.65 AP/day

Sengoku - 2 days to complete - 190 AP

Far Land - 2.8 days to complete - 300 AP
Reconquest 1065 - 3 days to complete - 310 AP

It took you 7,8 days to obtain 800 AP: Roughly 102.56 AP/day

Take this to better jump cases and you'll have better gains.

I think the earliest players played a different level and that times are much longer for levels now.

There are lots of reasons you could finish quicker/later than someone else ... maybe someone used fog busters to see everything and mapped out an effective path to clear it well vs. someone who used none, explored in a poor direction that ended up not being useful (no useful recipes, caches, mines, army camps, etc -- just big armies that they aren't strong enough to cap yet) and then having to explore different directions and losing time because of that.

Or maybe they used powerups like free cache, time warp, inspire mercs, market raid, etc. These can greatly affect time to clear.

1 more thing ... in my opinion ... if you enjoy playing all the levels, then ignore your Skip Levels ... or just use them all at once and play whatever level you like. There's no point in saving them, b/c once you've unlocked all the levels, you'll just have power ups left over that you have no use for.

For me ... I completed everything up to Far Land, then skipped to Scandinavia, then skipped to Australia, then skipped to United States. Everything is unlocked, so if I want to go back and finish the other levels, that option is available to me as well.

Hi, just got this bonus. How should I use it? Going in a new map and press skip as soon as possible? Is there any benefit of skipping?

That said, while I've had good success skipping levels (getting more AP on the later levels, etc), some others have not, where they've skipped levels and haven't had enough AP advancements to effectively clear those levels, so they've taken 2-3 times others have when trying to clear them. But imho, if you only have 1 Skip Level, skipping 1 level should not be a big barrier until you're ALREADY having issues on the current levels you're playing.

I don't have spare AP for statistics upgrade now. Can anyone give me a helping hand and reveal on which maps "Skip level" bonus is still present?

@Zonk, It's scattered across many levels ... but don't have a specific name for you, especially since you didn't say what level you were on yourself and have access to, but by the time I got to Far Land, I was able to skip to Scandinavia, then after finishing that, I was able to skip to Australia, then after finishing that, skip to USA.

Granted some of those were from daily rewards and maybe raffles, but not that many. The rest were on the levels themselves.

I am currently on Reconquest 1065 and I have 5 skip levels rn, used 4 and left 5, so that is a total of 14 skips. So getting them shouldnt be too hard, no matter the level you are currently playing.

Despite having all levels unlocked, I've gotten 3 more via Daily Rewards, so I wonder if they're future-proof applied, so that when new levels are added that I'll already have them skipped.

Currently I've finished Geopolotics and I can jump to Far Land.
