This map has a bonus system completely crazy. It reduces income at 5 armies when one has many completed bonus areas with all territories inside. It does not seem to be coherent with the income table.

I have a sreenshot but I cant post it

anything had same result ?

The most known 1v1 Biomes template also includes Sanction cards. Do you have been sanctioned probably?

In the single player biomes of Americas template there are only diplomacy cards
