As you read in the Magazine, only the first three weeks of the months will have fixed events, the remained 15 events of the year won't be fixed, those will be choose by the help of the Tour community.
Here you can "vote"/"choose" from a given template list or even
you can propose new templates too. This won't be a real voting and the AWP Admin will be who choose the template in the end, but very based on your opinions written in this topic!
