I would like to join, though I'd suggest maybe doing a Swiss style tournament for the first season. Would be better than just arbitrarily building the divisions.

I updated the original post. The deadline for league sign-ups will be extended one week, and we will be using Cowboy's idea of a Swiss-style tournament for the first season. Also, the template for the first season will be Strategic Greece.

To join the league, you must be either an American citizen or currently residing in the United States. You could start a Turkish League though!

Florida, can I join?

While some Americans may not claim Florida, we will count it as part of the United States for the purposes of this league.
