I will complete my two months playing warzone soon and I have loved the game and the community. The only issue that I have faced is that many things weren't introduced properly.
I first got involved with forums when I was level 25+ as I didn't look at the community mobile option because it had way too much information. I didn't get what ladders are, I did not know how to make all these complex games. I have still not fully understood the clan league and clot system. As a beginner when I visit those forums all I find are countless links.
I know the absolutely great Warzone Wiki exists...

...but I believe that no beginner will go and check it every single time. I think their should be a longer and more comprehensive tutorial which introduces us to the different game features and allows the beginners to get more involved in the game.
P.S. I have literally met level 50+ players in the chat who don't know that global chat is a thing.

A solution would be to revamp the single-player
Another solution would be to link new players to a guide, glossary, or wiki

I think what you are looking for is a general overview of what Exsists how it operates and why and when it might kick in
I agree with you
Game play is well covered by the wiki
But an overview of the warzone world beyond that and how it links together would be good
Best person to create it might be thread starter with help
Those to close to the trees can sometimes not see them
