When creating a custom scenario game, are there hotkeys for slots like AA and AG? If so, what are they?

as far as i am aware, you have to do it manually
it sucks, because i often use custom scenarios for my diplos with 40 people in them

Type the letter with the territory(ies) selected. A would give A. AG would give A then G (not AG).
Try stuff out. Might need to have set armies first.
