What are your guys thoughts around when a player intentionally holds up a game by taking their turn at the last second. Im not talking about when they don't check the game or anything and forget to tae their turn, I mean when they legitimately say something like "I will hold up this game" or intentionally holding up a game because their a sore loser and admitting to it, all the while being the last person to commit orders. Should this be a reportable offence? Why or why not?

It is. Please report them using the "other" category if they admit to holding the game up intentionally.

Warzone can't force people to play, and you should not report players for not playing. If you find yourself waiting on other players longer than you'd like, please create or join games with lower boot times so you can boot them and continue your game.

I'm intentionally holding a brand new multiday QM, I joined for a mistake.
I explained it in the internal chat, asking to null the game, but I received no answer.
What else I can do?
Excuse me if it's OT.

Visit https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?Quickmatch=1 and turn off "Invite me to multi day games" if you wish to not be auto joined into QM games.

I belive I have seen the game in question, and there is no clear sign of stalling there if you ask me. You can't really say that someone is holding up the game, based on the first turn in a diplo game. This is one of the issues with such reports thru, they are very subjective. Unlike for example, the chat in that same game, which it is much easier to objectively evaluate.

Also, this is the rules, and note how broad [1] is. You shall be respectful to other players at all times. Anything you find disrespectful, is something you can report.

EDIT: There might be several games at play here, I only saw one of them.

Holding up a game is one of the exceptions, like jk3 said.
