I always vote for real-world maps, and usually the one with the most territories. Also, I vote. Every. Single. Week.

@Killer! So, that is why the map of the week mostly suck. A map isn't automatocally good only bwcause it has a lot of territories. In fact most maps with a lot of territories are cumbersome to play and just take forever even though the game is already won.

I voted Japan, because it's a more original concept that the others, and the others aren't good enough quality to overrule their lack of originality.

Unless you're a new account of an old player, you have only been around for a bit less than 2 weeks - not exactly enough time to have gathered a large sample size of maps of the week. Wait till you've seen at least 20, then make statements like that if you wish.

Japan and Bridge maps please!

Japan map is original and interesting.

Bridge map is symmetrical and we need more of them!!

While the best of the best maps aren't winning MOTW consistently, I generally find that the winning maps are a cut above the rest in the quality department

Japan is a pretty awesome map. If it wins Map of the Week (as it should IMO) I'll make a Hard Mode for my level set in that map.
