also claiming to give away free coins but actually tricking people into playing you so you can try to get more coins with your one trick pony template generally isnt on the list of requirements to become a mod.

I may be biting my own leg with that, but at least his not making speed-"lottery" templates, or the other more trickier versions to even deceive experienced players, that has been posted numerous times on forum, sadly, in past years.

Make him mod for an hour, we can bear the damage and we may have a reason to give him permanent suspension, that would clean the site by a foot.
