My first glitch. It wouldn't allow me to pick the territory. Cost me 10 coins. Very annoying.

What do you mean? The linked game shows you picked in 17 seconds. Your opponent used 3 seconds. And you both picked the same spot. Only one of you can get it .

I assume he's saying there was some sort of lag that caused it to take 17 seconds for him to be able to pick.

There is a problem on Chromium browser after last update 2-3 weeks ago. Chromium = Linux version of Chrome, where you need to refresh the game many times before you can click on territories, distribute armies or do other stuff. This is a problem at least under UJS. As I do not play speed lotteries its not much of an issue to me, on real-time it takes 10-30s to refresh the browser to get the game working.

Chromium = Linux version of Chrome

Chromium isn't the Linux version of Chrome; you can use regular Chrome in Linux too (with just as little effort, for most distributions). Chromium is just the open-source browser, also developed/maintained by Google, that Chrome is built on top of.

I hope you reported that bug, though. Having to refresh for 10-30s is UX-breaking, and issues with Chromium might make their way into Chrome.

@Knyte
Technically true, but majority use Chrome on Windows X machines. So Chromium is mostly related to Linux distros. I use many browsers so it only happens on one of my machines, not much of bother for me. If its just me why bother Fizzer with it. I have had other very weird experiences under Chromium Warzone and those have been similarly just related to only me.
