that would be a very unfair card. Given any scenario it would cause a lot of upset. Blocking people or trapping them would do nothing and say somebody was about to get elminated, all they would have to do is use that card to escape to another player or wreak havoc on the aggressor's land since nobody stacks on all their territories and they might have a large stack to "airstike" in the middle of somebody's land where they cannot hold a strong defensive line against the random attack. Terrible idea (no offense) ...
