I've never seen anyone on here act up like that before - nevermind someone with that level of experience, and a clan leader at that.

That's quite unfortunate. Don't be shy to blacklist, you can easily hold hundreds there. Its easy to block guys like that and just avoid them in regular matches. Clan leadership only means something if they are relatively serious, this dude's profile gives him some consistency. ;)

Hes not going to be first, nor last of a kind to rage agaist a loss (neither the author of that matter by bringing this example to forum). I do think we use blacklist for different purposes. First, its obvious to keep those players off your game, especially team-games. Secondly, maybe to keep your tournaments free, if you use invite-only option. Thirdly, just to be aware possible rage-monsters, trolls and other weird creatures inhabiting this corner of internet. I assume you know it won´t work on Quick-match and Ladders.

What I am trying to say, is that I do not think the intention of OP can be agreed on. Not sure if you wan´t everyone to BL him for his behavior, cut him off the game? The reasonable thing to do here is just to report, let a mod give him warning, explain this situation and hopefully the guy learns from it. For you, just walk away, no need to feed the troll or give him any credit. He could be a good opponent, maybe even better a team-player, by one bad behavior there is not need to hang him already (although I give you that, his easily triggered).

I find it hard to believe that this outrage is new to you considering you have over 1000 played games in your portfolio. And if you did not figured this out by yourself, then no, we do not treat each others like that, this was just a statistical outlier in your sample of 1000 games. Have a nice day!

Going back to the topic... I am against bragging about someone's misbehavior in chat and I have seen way more "interesting" and "juicy" chats than this one. For some people it is quite normal to use the f-word to express their disappointment, so I don't see a reason to put it on forum. Reporting would be enough.

Honestly, with over a 1000 games played, this is by far the worst behaviour I have encountered. Does it belong in the forum - maybe not. But having looked now, through this guys recent defeats, I see that my game was by no means special. His chat threads read like Donald Trumps twitter feed. So I don't see the problem with taking it up in the forum as such.

And the argument that this is common behaviour often seen, is to me just more reason to discuss it.

By the way, the f-word was not what ticked me off. I can swear like a sailor with the best of them. Context is king.
