I was worried about changing my name to adamg6, because I think it will erase your level. If not, are there ways to lose levels on Warzone?

If you change it to adamg4, you actually gain a level. Don't abuse this too much or fizzer will ban me for sharing this exploit

Yes ads suck, but it's the way fizzer keeps this game free. I don't know why, but it costs a lost of money to make and run a website.

Yup. Whoops.

Changing your username doesn't cost you any levels. But you just have to wait 4(?) levels until you can change your username again.

Keep in mind that levels get progressively harder to climb, past level 55/56 or so. It takes months of activity to climb from 57 to 58, etc., so make sure the name you have at level 58 is one you're willing to stick with for a while.

EDIT: To answer your question directly- I've never seen anyone lose levels.

To lose a level (sometimes referred to as a game), click Game/Menu > Surrender -> confirm. Another way to lose a level is to get booted/kicked from a game due to taking too long to take your turn (multiplayer only).

To increase your chances of losing, don’t read strategy guides or analyse games. Never think before you do. You most certainly should not follow advice that makes you appear like a noob.

I can't tell if you're joking or if you didn't realize OP means "levels" as in "Level 10 Hitman vs. Level 100 Boss"

I took a guess as to why you would want lower account levels. If its something else, feel free to clarify. :)

You never lose account levels. You only gain those points from single player or winning multiplayer games, frequency doesn't matter. If you're wanting to change your name, you can start trying to find lottery games. Those will level you up fast.

If you're worried about people judging you for your skill based on your level, don't. People are often d!cks, and nothing fixes that. That and people usually ignore you unless you talk to them.

If you just want a lower level number beside your name, you can always make an alt account. Just be aware you can't be playing against yourself in FFAs, and that there are restrictions on laddering to prevent win trading. You can definitely be your own teammate though.

If the goal is to get easier matches, a lower level won't change much. There aren't default restrictions on who you face as an opponent, for the most part. You can definitely ask for some guidance (with completed games) on the forums though. Some of us look at things that aren't in the off-topic zone. :P
