can this be reported, since they didnt chat and there was no private chat. Is this a multi-account?, there is something i can do against this?

You can report multi-accounting as long as it’s been done in a way which gives them an advantage. If the accounts aren’t on the same team, then they’d be breaking that rule.

Normally you don't know what happens with a report you make. As in WZ will not tell you. Also mods are other players so it can take a few days before a report is handled.

If a player is suspended you can see it on their profile. Warnings are not public.

(Not specific to this case, but be aware that a ) Problem with FFA's is that playing with your friends is allowed, and it is sometimes hard to tell if it's MA or IRL friend. Much easier is ofc to handle abusive chat.
