I have been wondering what it means. Could someone explain it for me?

And if it is not commerce then you must deploy all

Cards also give extra armies, which means even in non-commerce games actual armies deployed can be different from armies earned.

Besides from your income, reinforcement cards, (negative) sanction cards, and the "army cap" setting can influence how many armies you can actually deploy.

The difference between "income" and "income actually deployed" is that your income is base + additional income from boni".
"income actually deployed" is what you actually deployed. As explained above, what you deploy is influenced by cards such as the sanction card and the reinforcement card.

Don't forget the spy card. Always messes up my armies!

Since this thread is already talking about armies deployed ill just post here instead of creating another post.

On this game : https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?GameID=18934425 on the last turn, turn 15, my teammate only deployed 7 armies even though he was winning 26 armies per turn.

I dont know if this was a bug or not but it seems to me like it was.

He was booted. After the timer ran out, his turn was automatically committed. He deployed 7 of his armies before his time ran out, so that was the amount which was deployed.

The stat is also helpful during games with fog. Income is often hidden (so always shows at 5 ), while armies actually deployed is how many armies you have seen them deploy. Makes it easy to take a quick check and see what turn they played a card for ex.
