When i see people getting into serious arguments on FB or anywhere on the internet, where both parties look stupid no matter who is right (like our sortie here), and someone interjects with a witty/sarcastic/ironic comment I always find they bring levity and perspective to the argument. I often see such people labelled as trolls.
When i see someone having a bit of friendly banter in places such as warzone, i often see them labelled as trolls as well.
I suppose this was what I was thinking of when I made my comment in defense of trolls originally, as I find the line between trash talk/banter and trolling to be in the eye of the beholder.
