I mean the US literally just yesterday ruled discriminating against trans people in healthcare is allowed. Nobody's slowly roasting over a fire but there's no way you think trans people have the same amount of rights as cis people lmao

Trans people are constantly having their rights institutionally attacked at every level in the United States. There isn't even really a debate about what I said, the national conversation right now regarding this is whether or not it's justified, which is disgusting.

You're *almost* right. There is no set number of genders, it's a spectrum. This isn't even a debate among psychologists or biologists lol, they completely agree with this notion. There isn't a single reputable biologist who will tell you that having a dick makes you male, or vice versa.

You can literally just Google "science gender" and see that the science is decidedly not on the side of chromosomes determining gender.

The notion that biological sex determines gender has scientific validity comparable to astrology or the Myers-Briggs test.
