It happens about 50% of the time. I use the chat below the map. When I close it it stays larger than it should and I can't see the entire map. I have to refresh to get the chat area back to the bottom and map displayed correctly.
Using Microsoft Edge as the game suggests

Help > Contact > Report bug.
In the meantime, resizing the window should fix this.

It is one of the reasons why I actually asked my team mate to use discord; if you use Mozilla FireFox, you get this less than in other browsers.
