Hey all! I was wondering how many of us are former (or current) MUN kids. If there are at least a handful of you guys, It'd be cool to run a really over the top diplomacy game after the spirit of the best MUN sessions.

Feel free to say hi if that's you, and tell me about your favorite country to represent and the most memorable thing to happen in a session you were in. For me, that country was Bahrain, and that memory is of the honorable delegate from Venezuela jumping over a table to deck the Russian Delegate.

I do Model UN and my favorite memory was being Ethiopia and making a third-world coalition and getting the gavel

ICJ, kept getting everyone to agree to stupid verdicts.

I've done MUN in the past. My favourite moment was that time the world got conquered by North Korea because we couldn't stop a single hacker from taking over the world's nuclear weapons.

How would you proposed a MUN warzone game would work? If it does happen tho I would be interested in joining

Please explain

Basically we were in a committee debating cybersecurity and had a little crisis scenario at the end where there was an anonymous message threatening to use nuclear weapons on the USA if several conditions were not met. We were debating who it could be or if the threat was actually real and everyone assumed it was Russia behind it. Simply put, we were very, very off and caused a crisis between the USA and Russia and started WW3. It was just a small north korean hacker who capitalized on the situation and in the chaos took control of everyone's nuclear arsenal and forced everyone to accept their rule now that they could threaten all countries who now had no nukes of their own and literally at the north korean's mercy

PS: They also took over South Korea and officially reunited Korea.
