I see no reason the list of draftee's cannot continue to expand until such point as the teams are decided.. and even thereafter the list could expand to include those that could be replaced in the weeks of training if the generals decide a certain minion will be unsatisfactory in the challange..

@Perrin I've done it this way for a few reasons:

I did think about it before making that decision. If the generals are interested in taking the time to talk to the players before the draft, I think that's acceptable. I've already set up the game to talk to them, so I'll address it there.

Given the nature of this site, forum, etc. just think we need a way of making sure that people are still both active and interested in this game. Dropouts will kill it. So we'll need to build that into the draft somehow, an ability to check that somebody we've picked is ready and keen to play.
