Funnier than watching a bunch of players whine about broken trust because they gave out their password to another person.
I mean I get it. People need to drag a retired/dead player through the mud so they can make room for another legend, it's all cool. You see it throughout history, with kings, presidents and governments. Still.
Lots of top players leave. These circumstances are different.
Most top players (Impaller, Denzyman) fade away leaving behind memories. Some "retire" with humility (Sze).
Gnuff spent AN ENTIRE YEAR trying to prove he is the best. Then, he posted a list of utterly ridiculous half truths about himself amd stated with supreme arrogance and ignorance, "I am the best."
But during this one-year quest for the philosopher's stone, Gnuff's hubris was such that he shit on or used everybody he knew. That is the difference.
We know he is reading these posts, because he wants to read the 20 forum too. He could easily come forward and defend himself (if he thinks there is anything worth defending) or he could humbly apologize and attempt to have a more respectable "retirement."
But he only knows how to talk shit or run his mouth like a 6-year old boy. He is so fake and so disconnected from reality that he hasn't bothered to respond. How can he? He thought he had convinced everybody with his cheating, lies and half truths. He is utterly confused by how so many people could choose to believe any other narrative.
I'm not justifying his cheating, I'm just saying giving your password out...bad idea. I mean a spouse or your parents, but some dude on the internet?
Well, that's just my opinion.
Plus I was just making a pitiful attempt to derail the attention. We've done more for his ego in the last 150 posts than he could have hoped for with all the evidence that is forthcoming. Ignoring the thread would have been much more effective, a bad reputation is better than no reputation for some people. Especially if he's as disattached from reality as you say.
It's not up to me to decide. And we better wait a bit not to make any rapid emotional decisions.. He retired, so we have more time to make up our minds.. I have however removed the managing rights in WM from his account. Which seemed like a very good idea now that people say he sold his account..
Where did the accusations come from that Gnuff has sold his account? he hasn't said anything in the match with bender after his apology a few days ago, everyone who I have seen talk about it has said "apparently" or "I've heard" so it could just be a rumour or true...
