great, back to spamming users again huh? Time to blacklist.

I honestly think spamming clan invites deserves a suspension. If you want to have a giant clan that is up to you (despite the fact that he probably doesn't even know most of his clan mates, which goes against the entire point of a clan). But don't spam invite people. Post a thread, if people reading it want to join, good for you. But mass spamming people is just plain rude.

I don’t see the point in spamming people what are already clanned. Dark lords is literally the lowest common denominator as far as clans go. It just annoys people.

Meh, I think it's fair to blame this one on the 'system'. There are seemingly no limits on pending invites and they are super-fast to send out.

Auto friends + no pending invite limit + auto-clicker = (for me) that I could send 10k + invites very fast by afk'ing from my laptop.
Even capping pending invites to 100, would properly do no real harm and stop the spamming of invites. Most games cap 'clans' on both clan size and pending invites (actually, I think most online games makes you able to ask to join a clan? if they have an open spot). WZ's clan design is somewhat unique and easy (and tempting) to abuse the invite spam.

So long as the notifications can be disabled by email, I don't see how that's a problem.

Albeit it's pretty silly to build a clan around the idea of firing a whole magazine and hoping you hit a single bullet.
