AG, I cant say I am on the same page as you when it comes to deciding the order of albums 42 - 13 and 10 - 3, nor do I agree with all your selections.

However, I do agree that Lizard cannot be viewed as music, it sounds more or less like trains colliding and the brakes of my bike during rainy weather.

One album I would recommend you, in return, is:
HEAD HUNTERS by Herbie Hancock

Regardless of your usual musical preference I dare say its a good listen. The songs take some time to build up, especially my favorite
Chameleon

The other songs this album contains are also of a high standard, and provides colour and quality to an already exiting selection of Funk/Soul albums in your list.

Regarding Hip-Hop, as all other genres of music, it comes down to taste. However, the new generation of rappers all sounds like a mixture of injured dogs and random noises made by me closing my tray for cutlery. Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly does however appear to me as a worthy addition to this list at nr. 4 as it is perhaps the magnum opus of the rap genre, and thus an album to listen to, for insight, if nothing else.

Another thing people who like mainstream music only really like it because it's all they really know, and people tend to gravitate towards music they're familiar with.

@Wednesday, grow up. Congratulations for being a unique special princess, I guess that is why you are still single.

It comes definitely down to taste more than anything. I am glad someone acknowledge good rap, like Kendrick, rather than shit rap that has been coming out like some/most grime.

Also really depends on your age and how much drugs you consume.

>unique and special princess

my guy you are among the bugmen who pretend like rap is such a nuanced genre even though it is all invariably the same crap, even the themes and lyrics are all the same; not only could rap artists not make it as legit composers but they can't even write poetry.

@Wulfhere a short guide to how you can prove yourself wrong:

    1: Open Google
    2: Enter "Kendrick Lamar Pulitzer"
    3: Press enter
    4: View results
    5: Re-open Google
    6: Enter "Pulitzer prize definition"
    7: Press enter
    8: Read

Obviously you are either lacking the mental capacity to know that there are nuances to almost everything, or you are simply one of those bugmen that lacks culture.

You lost me when you alluded to Wulfhere being a bugman because he is the opposite of one. o-o

@Great Cobra Thanks dude

Also they just hand out their hollywood prizes to people who peddle propaganda. Kendrick Lamar hates his white fans and whites by the way.

★☆☆☆☆

Product doesn't work as expected
Songs were great but I listened to them all and did not die. I might be missing some B-sides on the Pokemon album, though. Really had high hopes for this collection.

@knyte I'm sorry, I should've recommended Lizard to you if you wanted to die listening to "music." #1, #4 and #20 could cause you to astrally project, however. Maybe Wulfhere may grace you with another gem from his Führer's manifesto instead of having his own musical taste.

@JJJ, Headhunters was probably the first fusion album I heard. Or maybe that was XXL by Gordon Goodwin. Either way, my friends and I got Chameleon banned in my middle school jazz band because we would play the intro riff as a jam session practically every single day. But Herbie is a great player, especially his playing in Miles' Second Great Quintet.

Some more good albums you guys should listen to:

-Bon Iver, Bon Iver

-The Behemoth, Phronesis

-Northern Anthems, Vian Izak

-Strange Trials, Lord Huron

-Human(Deluxe), Rag'n'bone man

-Punch, Autoheart

Although usually I tend to favor individual songs over entire albums.
