But only after the player shows himself to be a serial boot.
Hosts generally put up games so that they can have a fair and competitive game which everyone enjoys. It ruins everyone else's games if the player joins and then doesn't show up.
If the player does this regularly, I find the easiest solution is to blacklist them so that they can never join another game I host.
Mind you, if I see the player subsequently in games I join, and they don't get booted, I take them off the blacklist. But if a player regularly spoils a game, why not blacklist them, and prevent them from spoiling games in the future?

Frankly this is more of a blame the game rather than blame the player for me. It's easy to forget something as small as that, but it'd be nice to automatically take out folk from RT games that are offline for more than 15 min.
