If you were playing in a team game where one team was humans, and the other team was AIs, and the human team won, would that team earn points? If so, would it be the same number of points as if the other team were humans too, or does it work differently?

No. All games with/vs AI are practice games, and give no points. The only exception is the single player campaign.

^Other exceptions include the Win a cooperative game, Dynamic Duo, Against All Odds and AI Exploitment achievements.

Against me, yeah they give points.

If you want a team game vs. AI that gives points for some reason, have an actual player be the "AI" by only using autopilot to make all their moves.

why cant you get points from ai games.

cause you generally only get points from ranked (presumed competitive) games

Well, you are wrong.
If it's "team" (more than one player) against you(only) it's not ranked (as "Any games with uneven teams are always practice games."). And practise games doesn't give points (with exceptions already mentioned in this threads)

I have played against him (AI) and can confirm I got points. Even though he is a decent player, so its not auto win. Doubt if he uses any autopilots. :P
