Okay, so i don't know if this was the best place to post this or not but just let me explain.

So in this game a player playing as Brazil had an alliance outside of public chat (which would make you pe in the game) and me being the host and still wanting him to be able to play the game i gave him some terms which where

(1. you must stop your wars with(peur,somalia and south afro)
2. Brazil must give Ascension to morco
3. Brazil must give Tristan da Cunha to south afro
4. Brazil must give all the lands it took form peru back to him
5. Brazil must give B to chile 6. Brazil must give East Venezuela to cuba
7. Brazil cant declare war until turn 6 it can still take land controlled by neutral during that time unless they are in Bolivia
8.no one can declare war on Brazil (unless they become pe) until turn 6)

However after talking and changing the terms for a full day i told him just to end all the wars he was in for 3 turns and he just said no and a bunch of players came to his defense and one even allied him and after that seeing that he was still attacking Peru which is the main war i told him to stop but he did not i made him pe and as of yet no one has done anything to stop him.

Colluding: Players working together is not against the rules, and you should not report players for doing so. To avoid collusion, play in 1 v 1 games where collusion is impossible, or in team games (since then the collusion is pre-arranged), or just play with friends you trust

Do not expect any FFA game or diplomacy game to be fair, even if there would happen to be some kind of rule in the "message from host". As Tbest stated, stick to 1v1 or 1 team vs 1 team to avoid any possible "collusion".

that also costs like 30$ it dose look like a good game
