Here's hoping to a short conventional war with a few dozen million casualties, and not more than that

If there is going to be a Third World War, there would be billions of casualties or dead, depending on the weapons used and how many are used. If nuclear weapons were used, then humanity will screw itself over due to the amount of radiation produced and it's quite likely that the radiation would take millions of years to become "safe" for people to stay. If there was a war between North Korea and the US or Russia and the US, then nuclear weapons would almost definitely be used and there would be very few survivors (from a few thousand to a couple of million) and there would be very limited safe-to-conusume water and food supplies.

A Third World War could boost the speed of technological development like how the Cold War enhanced space travel facilities and the development of the internet. However, it's likely that most of these new technologies and previous technologies will be lost or not worth reinventing due to lack of documentation and requiring to rebuild factories that technologies need to be produced.

In the long the long term, the environment could benefit from WW3 as billions of factories and transport units would be destroyed as well as animals killed as less greenhouse gasses such as carbon dioxide and methane would be produced. The mass killing of humans will significantly slow down deforestation and global warming, allowing other or new species to thrive.

Israeli citizens control the US gov

Saying Jews "control" the government gives that group too much credit. More like a confused and often self defeating web of private interests of wealthy Jewish financiers steered by a general interest in cheap third world labor is driving policy. Their institutions would happily have all human life vaporized in 100 years if it meant greater profits in their lifetime.

You must distinguish between an organic elite that values survival of its civilization and the parasitic "elite", hardly deserving of the name that is a detached and unconscious aggregate of individuals in power that value their ephemeral material obligations and can not even conceptualize civilizational peril.
