Tournament Update:

Elitist Africa finished up a while back. Forget to check two weeks ago, I should have reported on it then. Congratulations to Sninja for taking home the crown with a 5-0 record! A great performance for the top clan in this division thus far.

This means, so far, stats have 2 tournament wins and sninja 1. As we exit the midseason period, expect games to pick up again as new 1v1 games are allotted. They will be added to the updates as the first finishing games of these groups appear.

Comprehensive Update VIII:

We are now coming out of the midseason period. As new 1v1 games get allocated, I expect activity to pick up once more as we head down the second half the season. I guess half would be a misnomer for the group, since a little over half of games have already been allocated, with only 2 team games per tournament to be created. The last games get allocated in early august, which is the earliest of any group of players. Group B clans will finish up most quickly, which will allow them more time than other groups to reflect and reload for the next season. Assuming they can take advantage of that circumstance.

Analysis:

Mostly team games have finished these last two weeks. Its interesting to see how different clans have performed during the duration 1v1s were prominently finishing, and when team games were prominently finishing. This seems to suggest the nature of each respective clan, and where the strengths and weaknesses are. Sninja has performed well through both stages, which really suggests to me that their current hold on 1st place is well deserved. Stats, TJC, and Hydra have largely flatlined through this period. Their stagnating performances means that WG takes the hold on the 2nd promotion slot- at least for now.

FCC continues to munch away at the point difference between themselves and Hydra, both in categories of total and max points. Several team wins on FCC's side, along with only 4 total team points on Hydra's side, have spurred this trend. If FCC can continue this "strong" performance at expense of Hydra, they might be able to overtake a clan's whose performance thus far has been unexpectedly dismal.

Comprehensive Update IX:

I would like to first and foremost congratulate and thank Deadman and Beren for the wonderful job they did executing the most competitive medium currently in existence on warzone. I cannot think of any duo who could put in the hard work and dedication that they did. With that said, now comes the time for us to find a new set of leaders to allow Clan League to grow and thrive. I encourage you all to be participants in this process, whether it be just contributing your two cents or stepping up to be the next manager of this wonderful event.

That being said, clan league is still going on, and we still have to update, so here we go. We have a new set of 1v1 tournaments that have just initiated- and they already are starting to spew results.

-Sninja Won two games, and continues to outperform the rest of the clans here.

-WG maintains second, but loses a game on strategic greece.

-Statisticians, TJC, WG maintain close company for third, fourth and fifth place, but WG is starting to distance themselves from Stats and TJC, who currently are dueling it out for 3rd and 4th.

-Hydra continues their drought of wins while FCC creeps within 1 max point, but they are a little more distant than last week on max points due to an FCC loss on 1v1 pangea ultima.

Sninja has won 27 and lost 3. They should be able to give division A clans a very hard time next season if they play like this. Could they win next CL (division A) with this momentum? Cant wait to see.

Comprehensive Update X:

Hydra is winning games again after a long dry streak of no wins. However, the damage has been done. They have given up much ground vs FCC. This is going to make for an interesting latter half of the season for group B, as there are many paths open, and fates are now far from set.

Ten weeks in and no one has fallen under 100 max points. Nor has Sninja fallen under 190 max points. This is pretty incredible for Sninja, especially since all clans started with 200 max points. They are on pace to run away with the division.

Analysis:

-Sninja wins yet another two games, further cementing the dominance that they have expressed this season. Its been a very fruitful season for this clan. They have not had a week were they have not won a game, and are the only clan to have this disctinction.

-WG's production has stalled lately. Although it should be considered they didn't finish any games this week. So it really sould not be disconcerting.

-What should be disconcerting are the continued stalls by TJC and Statisticians. These stalls have been accompanied by the loss of several games. Especailly disconcerting for TJC is a non-join loss vs Hydra. Which doesen't fair well at all for them.

-Hydra picked up steam again this week after a long drought. They managed 3 wins and 1 loss. This keeps them ahead of...

-FCC, who had a mixed bag, exchanging games with hydra this week. Thus they stay behind hydra and still remain in last place.

Well, my games have been stalled for 3 weeks due to vacations. Hard to finish a game in there. My current games that ARE moving are about a day and a half turn speed, so that means that the player is basically taking 3 days to do his back to back turns.
