If your clan is interested in participating in RPCL4, please state so here. If you have participated in RPCL before, ideally I would like you to reaffirm that you will be participating. RPCL4, which has been traditionally open to Diplomacy/rp players, will now also open itself to clans with a casual playerbase as well to help grow the league. This means clans with large casual playerbases, such as a Language Clan, Cats, or even Hydra, have the option to join. However, we still don't want clans which predominantly specialize in strategical gameplay to take part in this clan league and dominate the competition.

This is racism, only people with clan can play even if i am retired i can't stand this the league of the unnaligned players will play.
