The stoics believed that if you can convince yourself that certain actions were harmful, unpragmatic, or irrational (in this case sex or emotion) for a long enough period of time then you could teach yourself not to like it.

They believed that emotions were downstream of logic. I agree. Furthermore, some, including all high-functioning Autists, can rewire their minds so that emotions are downstream of logic in contrast to the vast majority of people.

If Tabby were to have sex with a beautiful women tonight I am convinced that he would have to be raped for it to happen and even then he wouldn't like it.

Furthermore, Tabby is absolutely correct when he says "No women would ever like him." Can you imagine if a women told Tabby "I love you."? He would respond with something like "Love is an irrational emotion for peafowls."

No women would want to date Tabby with that attitude. So to a certain degree, I think you should let him be happy being lonely. Forcing him to conform to your own ideas about what men should think about women is barbaric. The Medieval Catholic Church would be proud.
