But before you answer, lets transfer your logic to something more relateable. Lets say someone moved to another house at some point in their life. Another person or family now lives in your old one. Years, decades or even entire generations later, I come back to that house and claim it IN ADDITION to my new house, only because I or my ancestors of me originate from there.
You know what that is? I will give you a hint: Its illegal. You know why? I will tell you: Because its unfair towards the other people. They are forced to share or even cede their property for a reason they have no influence on.

By Austrian law, if someone settles your home for 25 years and you dont stop them from doing so, they can claim your home. So technically yes. If I leave my home without selling it, I give it up.

However human origins do give all humans a right to enter Africa to live, do business and purchase land. You can't legitimately claim that people whose ancestors left Africa a long time ago no longer deserve to see or live in the land their ancestors came from.

I dont see why ancestry gives you any rights. You still give people perks based on things they have no influence on.
Everyone should have the rigth to live, do business and purchase land anywhere as long as it doesnt hurt the local community or the world as a whole (climate for example).
