This card will be not split into pieces awarded each turn on players. I will be possible to use once you have less than the 1/3 of opponent's income.

Then by using a single army who will become capable of Multiattacking (even if the setting is disabled in game) this army will became able to run through x amount of territories and eradicate a whole bonus(doesn't matter how many armies statoioned at it at the time) turning it into a wasteland.

when you get this card you also get a piece of an additional card called "cucked western world" where your own army kills itself due to feeling bad for generalization people of a certain religion because not everyone in that religion is a terrorist
