Maybe 101st will become big and skilled and then leave to form their own clan.
The council as a whole does the recruiting, it's very active and works very hard.
Just got such a déjà-vu hahahahaha.
Either way, I have close to no doubt that 101st/Lynx recruitment is agressive and actively poaching, it was already like that in the past, wouldn't have changed much.
But again, it's not their fault that players leave to these clans, if you have a core of very active players that play in a community for a long time and know each other very well to the point that they become friends, no clan will be able to recruit them. Happy players don't leave your clan.
When we decided to leave 101st to form Outlaws, almost all of our players got invited to a massive chat game with 101st/Lynx to get persuaded (in a very unpleaseant chating) from leaving, a lot of us even got invited to Lynx itself.
Despite Outlaws not being an elite-tier clan at the time, actually it was more of a gamble new thing, all the core players moved on to it, with only two or three defections from players that weren't really as active/commited anyways.
At the end of the day, clans don't own players, if your clan failed it isn't 101st, Lynx, Masters or whoever's fault but from those who lead the clan in the first place.
