That's easy, Warlight Wiki is not nearly as popular as firum and I want to advertise this guide since I believe it can help the warlight community.

I think you should put it on the wiki (what is exactly for collaborative editing), THEN advertise it on the forum (with link to the wiki).
This way, probably more people will see it, if they do not have to download, especially from crappy file sharing sites.
Also, probably a few more people will learn about the wiki, which is a good thing.

I had no problems downloading it, if it says you've reached your limited try using a proxy (always works for me).

The formating of the guide looks great and I can't wait to read it, however it's time for dinner so I'll read it afterwards.

I suggest people that are interested only in reading should download the pdf version I uploaded (easier to read). If anyone has suggestions on how to change it or introduce a new chapter you can download docx file, upload your version (or send it to me) and discuss problems with my guide.

That link should do the trick, it allows you even to view it online:

Thank you very much ┌∩┐⎝◣_◢⎠┌∩┐, but I still recommend reading a pdf/word version since uploading it as a picture makes the links useless.

For those of you unable (or too busy) to read Szeweningen's excellent manual, here is my own manual - please dont take it (too) seriously :)

How to Play Europe 3v3 (badly).

Chapter 1. Picks. The picking stage is not so important - dont waste time on it - get onto the fighting! If you really want to take things seriously, then go for big starts (those are best, right) especially ones right on the edge of the map - this allows you to stay safe (important point - 3v3 games are *exactly* like FFA games, so play just the same as usual) whilst your less intelligent teammates fight to their deaths in the center. Spain and Greece are always good choices. Also, if you are playing cities starts, try to go for the same bonus regions as your teammates - this helps teamplay enormously, and always makes you popular!

Chapter 2. Expansion. Starting in larger regions means it takes you slightly longer to get bonuses (but hey, they are bigger when you get them right!). If your teammates (who are stupidly dying in the center against superior enemy numbers (what noobs!)) ask you for help, or suggest you change your orders - just ignore them - they are just trying to drag you down with them. Much better to be the last man standing on your team than to die early. Remember that it is always best to get as many bonuses as you can BEFORE engaging any enemies.

Chapter 3. Tactics and Fighting Strategy.
The main thing to remember here is that your enemies will fight just like the AI does (and about the same as players do in FFA). This makes it easy for you to decide your moves. In particular, it is always best to hit your enemies early, with medium-sized forces (enough to break the enemy as they are at the start of the move - no need to use more men than you need). And remember, if things dont go quite right, it is always the 'luck' that was the problem (unless, of course, it was your noob teammates).

Chapter 4. Good Teamplay.
Since you have now read almost all of this guide, you are quite clearly a warlight expert. This means you dont need to discuss starts (you already know that only noobs bother about starts) and strategy with teammates. If they persistent in trying to tell you what to do, you have 2 options: (1) ignore them on the chat, maybe they will stop trying, and you can get on with the game in peace. (2) persuade them that they are wrong and you are right - use expletives and insults if necessary to get your point across. In the worst cases, attack your teammates until they stop telling you what to do.

imo, Szeweningen's guide is excellent. i just thought i ought to lower the tone slightly - it was very theraputic for me - all the pent-up rage i have from playing with such teammates ... !

both guides are good but they lack 1 part :

Ukraine is the best place to be. Pick it.

I was about to cancel my warlight account that time my teammates picked ukraine in 3 different, consecutive games ( 3 lose of course).

the guide is really good. i especially liked the way you described 'map balance', it could have been difficult to convey.

there are some typos and dead links and unclear grammar in parts so maybe you should get someone who hasnt read it yet to proofread it for you.
