Maybe, but we'll outlast most of Europe at least. Birthrates in most EU countries are below sustainable and even if they survive they won't at all resemble their current culture.

The U.S faces the same issues but it'll take longer.

The US is a stable country with a stable democratic tradition and a national history going back at least 250 years. Furthermore it happens to posses the world's most powerfull military which would come in quite handy when crushing a seperatist movement. I honestly have my doubts about it not surviving the century.
