reason: too less time/nerves for it the last weeks. 5 games at the same time only works for me, when there are no other bigger tourneys on (like now)...

Hunta is off to a great start in A, 4-0, including a possibly key win against last seasons winner gogo, who is currently on 4-1. Mslasm is holding the last podium spot at 2-1. Bjarke and Bonsai are the middle of the pack with even 1-1 scores. Twolker and Oh Noes are bringing up the rear with 0-5, and 1-5 respectively. Meanwhile Me and Leo are working well together to hold up the league, with not a single game finished. I'm doing especially well, yet to reach turn 2 in any of my games.

Group G Update:
With only 7 players (6 really), group G is moving along.
Although I appear to be in front with a 4-0 record (nice work if I do say so myself), there's still three scenarios for another winner and lots of opportunities to promote.


Etienne is also undefeated at 2-0 and locked in a fierce battle with me that could determine the group winner.
MikeTheShortOne (3-1) lost to me head to head but could pull out a victory if I lose both of my games and he sweeps his.
Archdruid (1-2) could also pull off an upset by defeating me, if I also lose to Etienne, Etienne loses his other 3 games and Archdruid sweeps his remaining games.
flufydragon (3-2) cannot take home gold but has made a strong showing and a good chance to promote.
xxroid (0-3) is still trying to find his footing and his first win
And then there is Captain Trips (0-5) who has booted all games so far and will most likely give xxroid his first win in about 8 hours. Thanks for making us all look a little bit better.

I am going to quit after this season. Thanks a lot Bjarke for taking the organization of the league and good luck to all of you in the future!

Also a quick update on things in group A:
Leo and Hades are now both looking good as title contesters after having finished and won 4 and 3 games respectively. Their match against each other may prove pivotal. Both Hunta and gogo have had setbacks with 2 losses each since last update. First is by no means decidede yet, but gogo seems far from a title defence, which is just barely a theoretical possibility at this point. Meanwhile Twolker secures last place with a 0-8 season and will be relegating. Assuming noone in A opts out of the league, there will be one more relegation spot for which Oh Noes is currently in danger. He need to win at least one of his remaining 2 games, to have a teoretical chance, but really unless Bonsai losses 4/5 (including against Oh Noes), he will need to win both games, including one against so far undefeated Leo.

Well group C is still the only group to finish - the rankings is now in the final standings post on front page.

Group A seems to have some way to go still, with Leo, Bonsai and Hades seemlingly the the slow turtles here. Leo is still undefeated at 4-0 and thus preserve every chance to claim the title. Hades (4-1) and Bonsai (3-1) are still in the race, and frankly so am I (5-2) even though I am still salty about fucking up a IMO winning situation against Bonsai because I thought I could pull a "clever" trick winning the game quicker :(
