Okay, now I've come to a conclusion.
I have been having some problems with this map lately, and I need to get off the computer for school and other things. So I'll have to stall this project, along with a few others.


BUT WAIT!!!
I have not said I will cancel this for ever, not after all the effort I and especially you guys have put into it. I **will** resume this project some day. I will finish this. But just not today. I have no idea of when I'll resume it, it can be next week, next month or next year. I just know I will some day, when I have more time, get on with this and finish it for once and for all.
If I have some spare time, I might make updates to either of the maps (Benelux or NL) but I'll not discuss new things here.

Whenever I feel like I want to resume this, I'll revive this tread, or make a new one if it got deleted already.

Tristaneke, I know Moros understands Dutch but this is a forum, not a private conversation (even if you're only addressing him). Could you, out of politeness to the rest of the forum visitors, consider writing your posts in English?

I know it feels a little weird to speak English to someone who you know speaks Dutch, but it's good practice for the next time you and some friends are abroad (not counting the Netherlands obviously (judging by your name and choice of wording, I assume you're Flemish, right?)), but still want to make a good impression on the locals. :p

Back on topic, seeing how long Moros has been working on this map, I highly doubt two extra days will make all that much of a difference... (And that's ignoring the, pretty realistic, possibility he also has other things to do!)

Just a little question: Are you going to include the NAP bonuses again. (I really liked them) and maby you can make a bonus of the Randstad or something like that.

Ow... I don't know how often you work on this map at this moment but there is a territory that isn't part of any bonus while it must be a part of Utrecht.
I like the name "This territory shouldn't be here, I'll remove it later" ;)

i think that your map of the netherlands is almost finished but only a few bonusses maybe needed,like north-netherlands,south-netherlands,mid-netherlands?

I'm not going to add them, anyone conquering that big parts of the map is going to win anyway.

Still I would love the NAP bonuses.

While I see your point min (and I also like them myself), those bonuses really don't make any sense on a map of the Netherlands alone. Once you complete either of them you literally hold half the map. Only in very rare circumstances (your opponent capturing "his half" in the same turn, or scenarios where two big players have been building a "Berlin Wall" between them for many turns while they were eliminating small players) would the other player still have a fighting chance.

Unless I missed something, those bonuses are still going to be in the Benelux map (once storage and bandwidth limitations have caught up to Moros' awesomeness :p ), so don't be too sad.

Yup, I saw your tread, and I also posted on it. This may very well be the thing that can save Benelux! If it works your name will also be mentioned in the 'thank you' note in the corner!
