Liberals should blame themselves. There were over 10M fewer ballots cast this election as compared to the last two. Trump underperformed both McCain and Romney in total vote counts. Lucky for him, Hillary drastically underperformed compared to Obama

I don't get it why they hate the people who voted Gary Johnson which is only 3% instead of a huge number of people (<45%) who stayed a home and didn't vote. It makes no sense.

Maybe they expected Johnson to have a bigger impact on Trump, protest-vote wise. A lot of Trump supporters were fans of Libertarianism.

Green Party hurt Dems and McMullin hurt GOP. What actually hurt Democrats was the lack of voter enthusiasm, the fact that Hillary couldn't get black people to vote as much as Obama could (i wonder why), and how much Trump appealed to disenfranchised white working class men (which is easily why he won Ohio, PA, Michigan and Wisconsin).

+ The surprising enthusiasm of Republican Cubans who have been more quiet up until recently in Florida. They helped Trump.

I hate to say it, but my vote for Gary Johnson wasn't a protest vote. I actually think he was the best horse in the race, and I would argue that the other 5 million people that voted for him thought that too.

A shame that they were barred from the debates because the polls weren't high enough, yet the polls proved to be anything but accurate in the end game.

They need to have more objective, more inclusive means of promoting open debate.

I believe Trump will be one of the best Presidents in history that your grandchildren will remember.
