First there will be a preliminary pool, for example; right now there are about 20 people signed up for French Brawl. All 20 of those people will play 3 games against each other randomly. (I will use a random matchmaker). So Player 1 might play Player 3,16, and 18. Player 3 might play Player 1, Player 12 and Player 6. You may play someone from your country but that is ok. Anyway, after all of the prelim matches are over, the players with the best records will be put into a tournament. Winner of the tournament gets gold, the loser of the final round gets silver, and the losers of the semifinals will play in a game for Bronze.
You see that I currently play from USA. I was born in Scotland, and I have zero interest in playing with any English players. Let me represent Scotland, or I will not play.
Once I close signups, I will merge teams based on their location, so yes, if no one else joins Team Albania it will most likely be merged into the Southeast Europe Nations
