He can prove it just by linking to its clan page, like was done. That proves it exists as a part of this website. Held together by the magic of internet coding, and the people who are in it. You cannot disband a clan unless every single member is ejected or leaves the clan. You can make up all the bullshit you like, but it still exists, is thriving, and has quite a few members.

The real world Soviet Union no longer exists as a state, but as a part of history. It has no government, no citizens, no paragons, so it does not truly exist as anything but an idea.

TLW is more than that, so it certainly exists.

^Nonexistance is the default option unless you have evidence to show otherwise. It's up to you to prove the existence of TLW (or the Soviet Union, Fascist Italy, etc)
